Tré’s Christmas Memories

Since childhood, Christmas has been my favorite and most anticipated holiday. My mother, Angel, also known as Mrs. Claus, has been the engine who drives our family’s Christmas culture. Over the years she has created rich holiday culture filled with family, love, food, memories, games, and traditions that have continued to evolve. As I sift through the years of cherished memories, I can’t help but think of scheming and scavenging on Christmas morning to find the bell in the house. The night before Christmas is always filled with fellowship, bonding, and spending some time on a “game plan” to find the Bell. As a child, I remember the anticipation and excitement I felt Christmas morning as my siblings, cousins, and myself would all race in our attempts at being the one find the Bell! Through the years, I have had a few wins and a fair share of losses, but the most memorable part of it all was the fun we had and the memories we can share for a lifetime. I’m so proud of my mother for bringing The Bell in the Box alive for all families to enjoy!

Momma, thank you.
